Vibrant Wolf is an Indian D2C clothing brand offering graphic t-shirts and casual apparel. We operate exclusively online through our website www.vibrantwolf.com.

3. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice
- Product images are for representational purposes; actual colour may vary slightly due to screen calibration
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion
4. Orders & Payment
- An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us
- We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay / PayU)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available at select pincodes
- If your payment fails or is flagged for fraud, the order will be cancelled and any amount deducted will be refunded within 5–7 business days
- In case of pricing errors on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India. Delivery timelines are typically 4–7 business days from dispatch
- We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address
- Title and risk of goods pass to the customer upon dispatch
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong items
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Customised or sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website – including logos, product designs, graphics, text, and images – is the exclusive property of Vibrant Wolf and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without prior written permission from us.
